I have arthritis in my right knee and will have to eventually have a knee replacement. I was wearing a brace taking Aleve tablets and icing it. A week ago when l went to my orthopedic guy he wasn’t so sure another round of shots would work and suggested l try some physical therapy. I went to Dr. Doug he recognized what was causing the problem immediately. My kneecap was frozen and l had very stiff calf muscles. Demonstrated two exercises and l walked out no longer needing the brace. I’m doing the exercises he prescribed for two days now. I’m pain free, no brace, no Aleve meds and no need to ice it. I wholeheartedly recommend love physical therapy. Not only is Doc Doug an excellent therapist but when l was with him he made me feel like l was the most important person at that time.
